Emergencies Happen! Be Prepared.
It is our policy at High Plains to make every effort to see your pet if you are having an emergency. If you can call to let us know what is happening before you arrive we will be better prepared to help you. Of course all life-threatening emergencies will be dealt with immediately. There will be an urgent care fee associated with emergency work-ins.
If we are unable to see your pet or if the emergency is after our business hours we will refer you to the nearest emergency care provider as follows.
